4- Publishment and interpretation of the laws and regulations within the Iranian capital market.

1- Establishment of the professional regulatory system in light of justice throughout the capital market;
2- Incorporation of dominant professional regulations within the Iranian capital market;
3- Facilitating public access to the capital market laws and regulations;
4- Leading and organizing research-based studies with the emphasis on the capital market regulations effectiveness;
5- Revision and amendment of executive processes and practices of capital market in complete accordance with the laws and regulations;
6- Expurgation of capital market laws and regulations;
7- Enumeration of market players’ rights and obligations.
